Terms of Service
These terms describe the scope of the AutoPQC service, acceptable use, ownership of your data, what AutoPQC does not warrant, and how a customer agreement is governed. Contractual terms with a specific customer are set out in a signed order form and master agreement, which control over this page.

01Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of this website and the AutoPQC platform (together, the “Service”) provided by Theos Quantum Technologies Private Limited (“Theos Quantum”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in India.
By visiting this website or by using AutoPQC, you agree to these Terms. Where a customer has entered into a signed order form or master agreement with Theos Quantum for AutoPQC, the terms of that signed agreement govern the paid Service and take precedence over this page wherever they conflict with it. This page remains the baseline for website use and for any use of the Service that is not otherwise covered by a signed agreement.
02The AutoPQC service
AutoPQC is a platform that discovers cryptography across an enterprise estate, scores its exposure to quantum attack using the published Theos Method, maps findings to the NIST post-quantum standards (FIPS 203, FIPS 204 and FIPS 205), prioritises remediation with explainable machine learning, and helps a customer measure the performance impact of a migration before it ships.
The Service operates on the estate, systems, repositories and network ranges a customer authorises us to scan, as configured within their workspace. It does not act on systems outside that authorised scope.
03Accounts and eligibility
You must be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you represent to create a workspace or accept these Terms for that organisation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when requesting access and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to your account.
Workspace roles, permissions and single sign-on are described in the Knowledge Base rather than restated here; see the platform documentation linked from the product for the current mechanics.
You must notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised use of an account or a suspected credential compromise.
04Acceptable use
AutoPQC is a security-scanning product. Because a scanning capability can be misused, the following list is specific to what this Service does and does not permit, in addition to ordinary prohibitions on unlawful use.
You must not, and must not permit any user of your workspace to:
- Submit for scanning, or configure discovery against, any system, network range, repository or estate that you are not authorised by its owner to assess. Authorisation to scan is the customer's responsibility and its absence is not something AutoPQC can detect on your behalf.
- Use discovery, scoring or reporting output to attack, exploit, degrade or gain unauthorised access to any system, whether or not that system belongs to you.
- Attempt to circumvent, probe or degrade the availability of the Service itself, including by submitting estates or workloads designed to exhaust scanning capacity or disrupt other customers' workspaces.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the detection logic, scoring model, weightings or training data behind AutoPQC, except to the extent a licence expressly permits this in writing.
- Resell, sublicense or provide the Service to a third party as your own offering without our prior written agreement.
- Use the Service to build a directly competing product, or to benchmark it for a competitor's commercial benefit, without our prior written agreement.
- Misrepresent a Posture Attestation, an exposure score, or any AutoPQC output as certifying quantum safety, regulatory compliance, or the absence of vulnerability, beyond what the output itself states.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit, including credentials, secrets, or personal data of individuals other than what is reasonably necessary for the estate you have authorised us to assess.
- Interfere with the security, integrity or performance of the website or the Service, including by introducing malware or attempting unauthorised access to another customer's workspace.
05Customer data and ownership
As between you and Theos Quantum, you retain all right, title and interest in the data, configuration information and estate details you submit to AutoPQC (“Customer Data”), and in the findings, scores, reports and remediation plans generated from that Customer Data for your workspace (“Customer Findings”).
We claim no ownership over Customer Data or Customer Findings. We process them to provide the Service to you, to maintain and improve the Service, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer Data.
What we hold, how long we hold it, and how discovery data is handled at a technical level is described in the Knowledge Base data-handling articles and in the Privacy Policy; see also Assurance Center.
06Our intellectual property
The Service, the AutoPQC software, the underlying detection and scoring engine, the published scoring construction known as the Theos Method, and all associated documentation, trademarks and content on this website (excluding Customer Data and Customer Findings) are and remain the property of Theos Quantum Technologies Private Limited or its licensors.
Publishing the Theos Method's construction at /methodology is a transparency choice about how scores are computed. Publication does not grant a licence to reproduce, redistribute or build a competing scoring product from that description, beyond ordinary fair use in citing or discussing it.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during the term of your agreement, solely for your own internal business purposes and subject to these Terms.
07Disclaimers — what AutoPQC does not warrant
This section states plainly what the Service does not promise, because an honest limitation is more useful to a security team than a confident-sounding guarantee.
- AutoPQC does not guarantee “quantum safety” for any system, asset or organisation. A low exposure score describes measured conditions against the Theos Method as it exists at a point in time; it is not a certification that a system cannot be compromised, by a quantum-capable adversary or otherwise.
- AutoPQC does not guarantee discovery of every cryptographic asset in an estate. Discovery depends on the scope you authorise, the detectors available at the time of a run, and the observability of the systems in question. Assets outside the authorised scope, or hidden from every available detector, will not appear in a report.
- Exposure scores, risk tiers and Posture Attestations are decision aids, not verdicts. They are inputs to a human decision about where to prioritise remediation effort, not a determination that a system is safe, compliant, or free of vulnerability.
- Classification accuracy and error rates are reported honestly where we have measured them (see the Knowledge Base accuracy article) and are not represented as zero. A published accuracy figure describes a labelled evaluation set, not a guarantee for every future estate.
- The website and its content, including case studies, figures and methodology descriptions, are provided “as is” for informational purposes and do not constitute a contractual commitment on their own; contractual commitments are made only in a signed order form or master agreement.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Theos Quantum will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or relating to use of the website or the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any aggregate liability cap, and any exceptions to that cap (for example for breach of confidentiality, data protection obligations, or gross negligence), are matters for the signed order form or master agreement with a given customer and are not stated on this page.
09Term and termination
Website use under these Terms continues for as long as you use the website. A customer's right to use the paid Service runs for the term stated in its order form and renews or ends as that order form provides.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a workspace that materially breaches the Acceptable Use section above, including by scanning an estate without authorisation, with notice where practicable given the nature of the breach.
On termination, Customer Data and Customer Findings are handled as described in the retention section of the Privacy Policy and, for a paid customer, as further specified in the order form.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service, the law, or our understanding of our own obligations changes. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date shown at the top of this page and, for a material change, we will make a reasonable effort to flag the change prominently on this page rather than relying solely on the date stamp.
For a paid customer under a signed agreement, changes to these website Terms do not override the terms of that signed agreement.
11Governing law and dispute resolution
Theos Quantum Technologies Private Limited is incorporated in India. The specific governing law, jurisdiction or arbitration seat that applies to a dispute under these Terms is a determination for counsel and is not yet fixed on this page.
12Contact
Questions about these Terms can be raised through /contact. A dedicated legal or compliance contact address will be published here once confirmed.
